An Enjoyable Day.
Sunday, March 29, 2009 @ 7:06 PM It looks like my blog is almost dead. Well, it's not dead yet, i just don't have the time to update it cause I'm kinda busy with my studies. So, here's an update now. Enjoy yourself! Yesterday, it was a day to the Old Folks Home at Damansara with my church members. We meet up at church around 10am and left at approximately 10.30am. 14 people were going, we brought 80 packets of 'Hung Kee Wan Tan Mee' there for the old folks, not us. Reached there at 11.30am sharp, if I'm not mistaken. We chatted with the old folks and they're very sociable, even better than us. Some of us were very shy to walk around to talk to them, including me. We even sang some songs for them and they love it. Felt so happy when they're enjoying themselves, we'll come back next time! After the visitation, all of us headed to Taman Tun to have our delicious Indian lunch! It only cost RM6 per person, worth a lot, it's yummy! Next, everyone went back home except for me, JiarWen, XiaoWen, David, WennHong and EuWing. We went to 1 Utama to walk around. Reached there at 2.30pm. While we're window shopping, we heard some noises from the ground floor, so we went to take a look. The Hitz.fm crew were there to advertise Maxis Broadband and we were watching people performing and playing games. We saw Jin and Adam C, both of them look handsome! Adam is a hottie in real life, he looks more like an American to me. For one of the games, it was a lack of people and Jin saw us on the upper floor, so he went up to get us down to the Ground Floor to play the games. The boys did not join in cause they're shy! and Jin needs 3 person only. So, we, the girls went up to join the game. The game needs a Vocalist, Guitarist, Bassists and a Drummer. We just need to act like we're in a band performing on stage. There were 3 groups and we're the last one on stage. We felt so embarrassed while we're up there! The vocalist was a outsider, we don't know him but he was friendly and he did well as a vocalist. The bassist was XiaoWen, guitarist was me and the drummer was JiarWen. The winning group will get a free laptop bag and the rest will get a free 2GB pendrive, if I'm not mistaken. Well, we didn't win cause we suck at it and we get a pendrive, i'm loving it. XD Had enjoyed myself on stage although it was embarrassing and we're so nervous when we're up there. But it's a worth going up there! The boys kinda regret for not joining the game, too bad! I won't forget that day, never regret for doing such things. After that we went for ice-cream at McDonald and thanks to WennHong and Dave for treating us ice-cream, thank you very much! The ice-cream tasted superb delicious, i want more! It's different and i don't know why. Later on, everyone felt tired and WennHong called his dad to come and pick us up at 1U cause it was raining heavily. We reached back to his house around 6pm and we played cards at his house. Had dinner there as well, and it's tasty! We had KFC and some other dishes. Need to thank Aunty Ivy too! =D Around 7.30pm, Pastor Lim came to fetch us to church cause we're having a mission conference at night on 8.30pm. The conference ended at 10pm. Went to take a bath after i reached home and straight to bed. It was a tiring day and yet memorable! I love my day. Cheeers! P/S: Want to know more? Check out the following blogs.
